Daniel specialises in NSW property law, conveyancing, and leasing. In 2024, he founded Inner West Property Lawyers (which became Oak Legal & Conveyancing in 2025, when the firm moved to the Central Coast), a property and conveyancing firm focussed on guiding clients through residential and commercial property transactions with a focus on efficiency, clarity, and practical outcomes.
Daniel assists all manner of clients, from first-home buyers to investors and business owners, and he is known for delivering precise, pragmatic legal support while maintaining clear, responsive communication throughout each stage of the process.

Julie Nessworthy
Family Law & Mediation
Julie is an Accredited Family Law Specialist and an Accredited Mediator and has acted as an Independent Children’s Lawyer for more than 20 years. She has over 30 years’ experience working in Family Law in NSW.
Julie joined Oak Legal & Conveyancing in January 2026 as Family Law Special Counsel. Prior to joining OLC, Julie worked as a Director at a boutique family law practice and then as a Partner at a large family law firm. Prior to entering into Private practice Julie worked as a senior solicitor at Legal Aid NSW where she was responsible for supervising junior lawyers and providing practical and specified legal advice to clients in complex situations.
Julie has been an Accredited Specialist in Family Law since 2005. Julie brings her comprehensive expertise across all facets of family law to OLC including complex property and parenting matters, relocation, child support, spouse maintenance and de facto property settlement. Julie has a reputation for providing practical, pragmatic and specialised advice due to her comprehensive knowledge and strong networks within the profession.
Julie’s primary focus is securing favourable negotiated outcomes for OLC’s clients, however she a confident and accomplished advocate and has handled highly complex property and parenting cases in Australia and other jurisdictions.
She has been recognised in Doyles Guide as a ‘Recommended’ Parenting & Children’s Matters Lawyers – New South Wales on multiple occasions. Julie is a member of the Family law section of the Law Council of Australia, the Family law section of the Law Society of New South Wales and the Australian Institute of Family Law Arbitrators and Mediators. Julie is a member of the panel of Independent Children’s Lawyers and is an active participant in training and educating other practitioners.
